Bed & Breakfast

Our three en-suite, country-chic bedrooms offer lovely views of the village and the South Downs and are perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the local area or simply over-indulging in the pub and its beautiful garden.  You will find locally made soaps and lotions, Egyptian cotton towels and home-baked biscuits in each room, and children and well behaved dogs are always welcome to stay.

Full English breakfast: our hen egg, smoked bacon, chipolatas, black pudding, grilled tomato, mushrooms

Terms & Conditions

1. We would prefer not to charge for cancellations.   However, where we cannot sell a room that has been cancelled, we will charge you.  This charge will be taken from a credit card number that you provide when you make a reservation.  We will charge 50% of the room rate if cancelled two weeks before the day of arrival and 100% if cancelled less than 24 hours before the check in day.

2. Check-in is from 3pm and 9pm. Check-out is by 11am.

3. The inn reserves the right to charge the credit card held for any damage caused during the stay.

4. All rates are subject to change and applicable surcharges.
